Project Story
This new addition to the UMB family has been constructed on a 23,000 SF “brownfield” site. This previously developed and contaminated site was once the home to a 65 year old service and filling station that included two car wash bays.
This project includes a new 4,500 SF banking facility with drive-thru lanes; constructed of metal studs, structural steel and bar joist with an aluminum store front, and siding consisting of a wooden rain screen, masonry, and metal panels.
