Fogel-Anderson completed the renovation of the Security Bank location in Overland Park. The modern makeover included the lower level, which includes the break room, kitchen, and safety deposit box vault, as well as the main level, which includes the entrance, lobby and offices. The scope included updating the mechanical systems, interior finishes, public access, and traffic flow. The project was completed while the bank employees occupied a temporary satellite facility in the parking lot. Access to the vault and security boxes was maintained throughout the project.
