Project Story
Fogel-Anderson built this multi-family project on a tight site at the Country Club Plaza in Kansas City. The building includes subterranean parking in a concrete structure, with 3-stories of wood-frame luxury apartments above. The parking had to be dug more than 15’ below grade, into several feet of rock, with substantial shoring to preserve the adjacent street and sidewalk.
