Fogel-Anderson completed a major renovation of the school and added a new Narthex structure that connects the school to the adjacent church. The school itself was built in 1923 and expanded by two major additions over the years. The result was a three-story structure with almost a dozen different floor levels. The project had to be completed on a very tight schedule and on a very tight site, all without disrupting regular church services and ongoing activities, as well as an on-site pre-school and daycare that remained in operation throughout the project. While unforeseen conditions encountered throughout the challenging project warranted a three week construction schedule extension, the Fogel-Anderson team worked overtime and added resources to make sure that the first day of school for the new semester did not have to be delayed.
