Fogel-Anderson converted this 100-year-old furniture manufacturing facility into 128 apartment units for the soldiers stationed at historic Ft. Leavenworth. The property includes several connected buildings, each added to the property at different times for different uses. The renovation scope included gutting each building, installing new mechanical systems, as well as building out each living unit and a variety of amenity spaces.
