Project Story
This new store provided a new grocery shopping venue in what had been a “food desert” on the southeast side of the Kansas City metro. Fogel-Anderson worked with the developer on preliminary budgets. Because the project involved a number of development incentives, Fogel-Anderson also helped develop a bidding strategy that would include the participation of Minority and Women owned business enterprises.
