Lee's Summit Water Treatment Facility
Project Story
This facility provides a wide variety of public services for the Lee’s Summit community, including public access for people who need support related to their water service. The project also includes offices for staff, as well as material storage and vehicle service areas.
The project was awarded via an open bid process, however Fogel-Anderson worked extensively with the City and the Architect to value engineer the project to a manageable budget.
