Fogel-Anderson completed this large project for Van Trust, which was originally built as a Spec building, but quickly became a Build-to-Suit as a lease was executed with a tenant halfway through construction.
Fogel-Anderson worked closely with Van Trust and the incoming tenant to coordinate schedules with the contractor installing large lines of production equipment.
