Project Story
This building was part of a large land reclamation project on the formerly contaminated site. Shortly after construction began, excavation uncovered a large debris pile which had not shown up on the soils tests. Fogel-Anderson worked with the Owner and the City to coordinate safe removal and disposal so the project could continue without further delay. This project allows US Engineering to expand its production capacity within the same facility as most of its management staff in a new, state-of-the-art facility.
